Standard Diagnostic Authorization – I Understand:

The Standard Diagnostic fee is $130.

This diagnosis applies to simple, well-defined concerns.

If I approve repairs, labor is billed at $130 per hour, plus parts and materials.

The Diagnostic fee is not automatically credited toward repairs.

Diagnostic labor will apply only if it directly contributes to the approved repair.

If repairs are declined, the Diagnostic fee remains due.

Discovery Inspection Authorization – I Understand:

The Discovery Inspection fee is $395.

This inspection is an in-depth diagnostic process used when the unit’s overall condition or repair viability is uncertain and may include testing, inspection of major systems, and limited disassembly as needed to determine the cause of failure. Discovery is not a full teardown unless required for diagnosis.

If I approve repairs, labor is billed at $130 per hour, plus parts and materials.

The Discovery fee is not automatically credited toward repairs.

Discovery labor will apply only if it directly contributes to the approved repair (example: engine teardown that becomes part of the final repair).

If repairs are declined, the Discovery fee remains due.

If repairs are declined and reassembly is required, reassembly labor will be billed.
